Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your code must be unused / not activated. If you'd like to return a code and if it is unused, please fill out the order refund form. Once we confirm that your access code is unused, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
